Here are our six phases of our project delivery process.
Planning
We evaluate your project site and zoning codes. With the findings from the evaluation, we prepare feasible solutions and provide alternative solutions for your vision. Schematic illustrations are also prepared for you to help provide a clear planning concepts.
Design
Our Design phase begins upon the completion of the planning phase and with your approval to proceed. During this phase, Architectural and Engineering blueprints are developed and packaged to begin obtaining necessary permit.
Permit Processing
Drawings and construction documents are submitted to obtain appropriate permits.
Bid and Procurement
Team assists clients with soliciting construction documents for bid and procurement.
Financing
Assist and support clients obtain financing.
Construction
Support clients and contractors make your drawings and vision a reality.
Environmentally Responsible Manner
We offset our carbon footprint for each project by planting trees across America through The Conservation Fund.
Giving Back
With each completed project, ten percent of proceeds are donated to Habitat for Humanity to build strength, stability and self-reliance for our communities through shelter.
